5 THINGS To Do During COVID - 19 LOCKDOWN

 Author: ARYA GUPTA

Hello everyone! At this particular point in time, we all are terrified of the COVID 19 crisis. We all are strictly staying in our homes and also working from home. But we are mostly spending our time getting bored by watching movies, Youtube and Netflix. But not anymore! Today I've got some interesting pieces of information which will turn your boring days into fun and enjoyable days. I will tell you five things you can do during COVID 19 lockdown. I hope these 5 tips will be very helpful and you'll be busy in no time.

  • Art & Craft…
This is the best time to spend some time doing art, craft, painting, and doodling. We can think out of the box and go wild with colors.
  • Yoga & Fitness…
During the lockdown, we must be having a tough time maintaining our health and keeping ourselves fit as we cannot go to the gym, but no worries. We can do some basic exercises and daily work out at our homes. It is also good to do some yoga, Surynamskars, and meditations in the fresh mornings. To be happy and maintain positive thoughts throughout the day.
  • Cooking & Learning new recipes…
You can also spend some time in the kitchen with your mother and try to cook delicious dishes like cakes, sandwiches, lemonade and many more. But keep in mind that only use the ingredients which are easily available in your kitchen.
  • Starting a blog…
Blogs are a good way to communicate and express people's ideas and feelings. So you can start a blog and write on any topic you want. And still, you will be able to communicate from your homes where you are safe and sound.
  • Gardening…
Gardening is a really good way to contact with nature. That is why during this lockdown I suggest you try doing some gardening. We just need a pot or a container in which we need to put some soil or mud. Then from the kitchen, we can take a vegetable seed like tomato or lemon, etc. And then put it in a place where it gets enough sunlight and regularly water it. And after a few weeks, you will be so satisfied to see fresh grown fruits and veggies. But only if you take good care.
