 What is the meaning of active? Activity means that being on your toes and not being a couch potato all day.

Don’t make excuses for not being active just because you are Indoors. There are many ways to stay active indoors. Practicing Yoga every day improves our blood circulation and helps us to remain fit.

Outdoor activities like jogging, cycling or simply taking a walk in the garden with your loved ones will make you active and also keep the stress away. Early mornings are the best time for some outdoor activity as the air is clean and helps us breathe well. Nature trails and treks help us connect with mother nature.

We can also indulge in some fun outdoor games like football, badminton, tennis, or just take a swim during hot summer day for all-round physical activity.
