Outdoor/ Indoor Activities

 

Hello Friends....I hope you are feeling happy and healthy during this festival time. Today I am going to write on an interesting topic .............'Indoor and Outdoor activities'.Activity is a situation in which things are happening. For example, Cooking is an activity which includes cooking rice, dal, vegetables, and rotis. There are two types of activities. Indoor activities and outdoor activities. Indoor activities include cleaning, cooking, gardening, painting, indoor game playing, dance, stitching clothes, home decorations, and many more activities. Outdoor activities are walking, cycling, playing outdoor games, trekking, shopping etc.

Both types of activities are beneficial to us. Indoor activities help us to spend time with family. It also helps to build strong bonding with each other.It reduces stress and helps to improve health.

Outdoor activities are helpful for our body. We became physically fit by doing outdoor activities. It helps us to become socialize. It helps to develop new hobbies and interests. We feel good, happy, and energetic by doing indoor and outdoor activities. I have done some different activities in this lockdown. Like cooking, playing treasure hunt, playing chess, carrom, making new crafts, and paintings. I love outdoor activities also like walking, trekking, cycling with my friends.
