How To Train Your Brain To Change Bad Habits?

You find yourself scrolling into your Instagram without realizing that you removed your phone from your pocket and started scrolling. At a doctor's appointment, you notice that you've been browsing the pictures unconsciously with so many different thoughts inside your mind one could say that this is nothing but just an example of absent-mindedness, but we have to understand how we can develop new and healthy habits.
Scientists call it the habit loop, the first part of the habit is the cue at your brain, and the second part is storing by routine or doing it and make it automatically and 3rd part is rewarding urself like at the end we eat something or drink to reward our brain and get a feeling of relief.
The cue can be to go into an automatic mode or eg craving for food can be a location at that time of day or the people and emotional state. A routine can be mental or physical like biting nails physical or at the end a reward to ourselves something your brain likes and stores. Eating chocolate, games, and reward. For example, when we type keys on the keyboard frequently we get automatically used to it. Like the routine, the brain starts working less and less and we get used to it. As time passes and we practice our thinking part stops or sleeps and we get automatically trained to ourselves. For example, riding a bicycle. As we learn and practice bicycle at the end sometimes our brain stops thinking and we keep riding without thinking about how to ride. Our brain sleeps as time passes and we develop a routine n we become automatic. So similarly we can give a habit to our brain a routine to do a good habit and we can get automatically habitual for the good behavior or anything that you train your brain. Our brain has the capacity to turn our behavior into our routine and habitual automatically so train your brain to do a good habit. You train your brain for good routine habits and behavior. Another example is of driving a car when you drive a car initially you get scared and you concentrate so much but as you keep trying you get automatically trained, your brain is automatically trained after a time period literally your brain sleeps and you can even do mathematical calculations while driving a car that shows your brain gets trained. When you go on a vacation you change your location changes, your routine changes so your habit is broken, the routine is broken. So if you have a bad habit or bad routine this is the place where you can change it. If you want to quit smoking you can quit smoking when you go on vacation, any bad habit if you want to change you can change it with the change of location or a routine change or at a different location and once the routine is changed you can develop a good habit and you can train your brain for the good habit again.
If you understand the functioning of the brain how it stores the signals and converts them to automatic. You will understand to change bad habits into good habits. Our brain has the capacity to adopt the changes it takes time effort and practice and patience. You practice it and you will definitely achieve it I bet you. One thing I would say, our body and mind should be in our control. That means if we want we can stop any bad habit and start any good habit as we think.
