My Idea Of A Fun Weekend...

Due to this lockdown, all of us are trapped inside our houses even during the weekend! We don't get to go out for dinner or spend time at the mall shopping or go play with our friends, that's why I have come up with an idea for a fun weekend!
The best way to spend your weekend is with your family. Saturday and Sunday are the only two days when your whole family is free so why not plan activities with your family?
Here is how you can spend a fun weekend:
• Get up at the same time
Make sure all of your family gets up at the same time so that you don't miss out on any of the fun.

• Cook your breakfast together
Divide your family into teams of two and choose a dish, cook the dish in your style, keep the person who isn't participating as a judge, and the team who cooks the dish in the best way will be awarded the title of "Master chef "

• Build forts
Blanket and pillow forts are perfect for a cozy time together! You can spread a blanket over your table and put soft pillows and blankets underneath the table and voila you will have a very own blanket fort ready in less than a minute! You can add optional items like fairy lights for more coziness. You can play board games, watch a movie, etc inside the blanket fort!

• Plan a movie night
Pick any four movies. To avoid arguments on which movie to watch, write them down on chits and pick one, whatever is there in the chits, you are gonna watch that for the night. The best way to enjoy a theater-like feel is to make it more theater-like by making movie tickets, having a snack store from where you can buy snacks during the interval, or at the start using monopoly money. The options are endless, you can be creative and add more things.

• Sit together for dinner
Instead of sitting in our own rooms while having dinner, we can sit together at the table and have dinner, this way we can spend more time with our family! 👪
