The Story Of Christmas

 Hey readers, I am back with a new and very interesting topic. In today's blog, I am going to tell you all why do we celebrate Christmas and what is the story of Christmas. I hope you all will like this topic and also enjoy it, So without wasting your and also my time let's begin.

About 2000 years ago, There lived a young Jewish girl named Mary in a small town called Nazareth. She was not married but she was going to be real soon to a good man named Joseph. One day an unbelievable thing happened. An angel of the Lord's Gabriel, A very Important angel, Appeared to Mary." Who are you" she asked, The angel replied"I am Gabriel, Don't be afraid Mary You have found favor with God. He loves you very much and God has sent me here to inform you that soon you'll have a son." She replied "Huh! Me? A son?", Angel replied," Yes a son and he will be called Jesus and he will be great and will be called the Son of God." After informing her the angel left. After some days she was going to have her baby, The Roman emperor sent soldiers to announce a new law. The new law was that the emperor Caesar Augustus says that all of them need to pay some taxes now and register for Census, So Mary and Joseph made their way to Bethlehem because that's where Josephs had to pay taxes. It was about 65 miles from Nazareth and Bethlehem and it took many days to reach Bethlehem, When they reached there all the places were full, All the inns were full. Joseph was finding a suitable place to stay because Mary was going to give birth to the baby but all the inns were full. They went to a small stable and Joseph was getting some fresh hay so that Mary can sleep comfortably. That night Jesus was born and it was a wonderful night, Big stars were shining in the sky. there was no crib so they laid the baby in a manger which was full of fresh hay and made it a little comfortable for the baby. That night there were some shepherds keeping a watch over their flocks of sheep when suddenly an angel appeared to them and she said to them that the Saviour is born and I will tell you all that where you will find him. The shepherds ran to the stable and found Jesus there just as the angel had told them. After seeing Jesus they spread the news to everyone and everyone was happy.
