How To Make A Delicious Veg Burger

Hey readers, I am back with a new and very interesting topic. In this blog, I am going to teach you all that how to make a delicious veg burger. I hope you all will like this blog and also enjoyed it. So without wasting our time, Let's begin.
1. Firstly, steam 1/2 carrot, 1 gobi, 4 beans, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 2 tbsp peas, and 1/4 tsp salt. 2. Steam for 10 minutes on medium flame. 3. Transfer the steamed vegetables to a large mixing bowl. 4. Add 3 boiled and mashed potatoes. 5. Further, add 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, and 1/2 tsp of salt. 6. Add 2 tbsp coriander and mix combining all spices well. 7. Furthermore add 1/4 cup bread crumbs and mix well. Breadcrumbs help to absorb moisture from vegetables. 8. Prepare a slurry by mixing 2 tbsp cornflour, 1/4 cup maida, and 1/2 cup water in a small bowl. 9. Prepare ball-sized patties and dip in maida slurry. 10. Coat with panko breadcrumbs uniformly. 11. Shallow fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium. 12. Fry on both sides, until it turns golden brown. Drain off and keep aside. 13. In a small bowl take 3 tbsp eggless mayonnaise, 2tbsp tomato sauce, and 1 tsp chili sauce. 14. Mix well-forming burger sauce. 15. Spread a tbsp of prepared burger sauce on the bun. 16. Place a few slices of tomato, cucumber, and jalapeno. 17. Sprinkle salt and paper slightly. 18. Layer with a cheese slice. 19. Further place prepared patties and cover with another part of the bun. 20. Finally, enjoy a veg burger with chips and salad.
